Become an AFZ

Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the Apartheid Free Zones Scotland initiative.

Apartheid Free Zones (AFZs) are an exciting global initiative that will help to transform our local communities into spaces of solidarity with the Palestinian struggle for freedom, justice and equality.

Unlike Apartheid Israel’s propaganda machine, we don’t have endless funds to throw around, and the Apartheid Free Zones Scotland campaign can only grow with public support and engagement. AFZs allow each one of us to be part of an anti-racist collective movement for justice for Palestinians!

We hope that the AFZ initiative will grow in Scotland (and beyond), creating anti-racist communities and spaces that are oppression-free, and linking these communities together nationally and internationally, to show the people of Palestine that they are not alone in their heroic struggle for freedom, justice and equality.

Find out below which area best applies to your situation and to see what becoming an AFZ would mean for you – and then please use the sign up form at the end of this page to apply to become an Apartheid Free Zone.

Note that this is not an exhaustive list so don’t worry if you think you don’t fit into any of the categories – contact us anyway!

Thank you for your support!
